Returns & Refunds policy.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Original Artwork & Custom Orders

  • All sales of original artwork, limited editions signed by me, and custom commissions are final.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

2. Editions, Prints & Books (fulfilled by the printspace)

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, a replacement will be sent free of charge.

  • To arrange this, please contact me at hello@matthumphrey.art with your order details and photos of the issue.

Significant Delays

  • Refunds are only offered if a product is significantly delayed.

  • Please note: normal postage delays or customs delays do not qualify. What counts as a “significant delay” is at the discretion of my fulfilment partner.

Returns in These Cases

  • In some cases, the fulfilment partner may request that the damaged/incorrect product be returned to them for disposal.

  • These returns will be at their cost, and refunds may be withheld until the return is received.

3. Other Refunds (Change of Mind)

  • If you change your mind, refunds are at my discretion.

  • If I agree to a refund, items must be returned to my studio address (at your cost) in their original condition and packaging.

  • In these cases, the fulfilment costs are non-refundable, as they cover a separate production service.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include your order number and details of the issue.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and checked (if return requested).

  • For approved damage/defect cases, replacements will be sent free of charge.

👉 This is the TLDR version:

  • Originals = final.

  • Prints = replaced if damaged / refunded if severely delayed.

  • Change of mind = up to my discretion (but not m fulfilment partner’s responsibility).
